FinishOps LLC ("FinishOps," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at finishops.com and app.finishops.com, and our mobile applications — FinishOps Field, FinishOps (for homeowners and property managers), and FinishOps Line Striping (together, the "Apps") — on iOS and Android. The website, the web application and the Apps are together the "Service".
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and organization details.
Business Data: Information you enter into the platform including customer records, estimates, project details, invoices, crew schedules, equipment records, and related business data.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
Photos and Files: Photos you upload for estimation, project documentation, or compliance purposes are stored securely in our cloud storage.
Newsletter and Early Access: If you subscribe to our newsletter or apply for early access, we collect your name, email, company name, and trade information, along with the time, the page you sent it from, and an approximate location — country, and usually region and city — worked out from your internet connection by Cloudflare, who serve this site. That location is not your address and is often only accurate to the nearest large town. These sign-ups are stored by our shared form service (a Cloudflare Worker we run) and open a ticket in our internal system; to limit abuse the service keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself. Email privacy@sandpointstudios.ltd from the address you used and we will delete it.
The Apps ask for the permissions below. Each is requested at the moment the feature needs it, you can decline any of them, and declining only disables that feature — the rest of the app continues to work. All of them can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
What the Apps do not do. They contain no advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or for advertising purposes.
Deleting your account and data. Full instructions, and a breakdown of exactly what is deleted and what we are required to keep, are on our Delete Your Account and Data page. In short: to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it, email privacy@finishops.com from the address on your account, or ask your organization's FinishOps administrator to submit the request for you. We confirm the request and delete personal data within 30 days, subject to the record-keeping exceptions in section 7. If your account was created for you by a contractor using FinishOps, we will tell them the account was deleted, because project records they are legally required to keep may reference it.
FinishOps is a multi-tenant platform. Your business data is completely isolated from other organizations on the platform through database-level row security. No other organization can access your data.
When you use AI features (photo analysis, natural language estimation, anomaly detection), your input is processed by our AI service providers. This data is used solely to generate your estimate and is not used to train AI models. All AI-generated outputs are subject to your review and approval before being sent to customers.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management on the website and web application. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. The mobile Apps do not use cookies or advertising identifiers at all.
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
